Het is weekend. Verslagen omdat je dingen op zijn beloop liet. Je zag het gebeuren en niks deed je er aan. Je greep niet in. Terwijl zelfs een valsvoorspellend medium met een obsessieve oplichtingsdrang van mensen in nood kon zien dat dit er aan zat te komen. Dit is zo achterlijk, zo dom. Je zet iets in werking, een Rube Goldbergmachine van dominostenende emoties en slingerende gevoelens die weer heftige gebeurtenissen in werking zetten waar weer een enorme bak ellende uit voortkomt. En vanaf het moment dat je het balletje in de baan legde, wist je dat het daar zou eindigen. Deed je het expres? Vanwaar deze behoefte aan zelfdestructie? Waarom zette je het proces niet stop? Na N. bijvoorbeeld, of na P.H., zelfs de Fil. moesten er aan geloven en je ging bijna door tot aan Aus., terwijl je pretendeerde in jezelf te geloven, de overwinning te ruiken en tegelijkertijd allang geaccepteerd te hebben dat dit je ondergang zou zijn. Niet ingrijpen, geen keuzes maken, geen verantwoording nemen, het is jouw misdaad tegen de mensheid geweest. Prettig weekend. En be nice.
